Tracy Pedrotti (she/her) manages the Arizona Alliance for Adolescent Health, a program of Affirm, focused on expanding adolescents’ access to high quality healthcare and social services, and improving coordination of care and service delivery across these systems. She holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration and has more than 20 years’ experience in adolescent-centered services. Throughout her career, Tracy has been dedicated to supporting youth and the professionals working with them to enhance adolescent wellbeing. She enjoys reading, planning celebrations, and outdoor activities with her husband and sons.
