We are pleased to announce that Tracy Pedrotti will be joining our team at AFHP!
Tracy Pedrotti has more than 13 years’ experience in adolescent-centered services and a passion for enhancing the health and wellbeing of youth. She is excited about joining Arizona Family Health Partnership to develop a program focused on building the capacity of health centers to improve adolescent health care. Tracy holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration and launched Collective STEP for Youth while working for Maricopa County Department of Public Health. In three short years, STEP built a reputation for high-quality technical assistance, professional development, and collaboration amongst youth-serving professionals. Throughout her career, Tracy has been dedicated to supporting youth and the professionals working with them, to ensure confidence and competence in youth-centered services. With extensive knowledge of program development, capacity-building, and community collaboration focused on adolescent wellbeing, Tracy will surely add value to her new role with Arizona Family Health Partnership. In her free time, Tracy enjoys hiking with her husband and two young sons. She is a bookworm and loves planning celebrations.
