August 8, 2018 marked the launch of Arizona Family Health Partnership’s newest website: CollectiveResourceHub.org. Earlier this year, Arizona Family Health Partnership was awarded a contract with Maricopa County Department of Public Health (MCDPH) and Collective STEP for Youth (STEP) to develop, house, and maintain a comprehensive resource hub website for professionals that serve adolescents. The goal of developing the site was to have a one-stop shop for youth-serving professionals to obtain and share resources that will allow for better outcomes for their teen clients. After months of development, the Collective Resource Hub (CollectiveResourceHub.org) was created, with thanks to the team at HireAWiz.

The site will be used as a space where community partners can easily share events, opportunities, and resources with a focus on adolescent health in Maricopa County. With over 400,000 youth ages 10-24 in Maricopa County as of 2017, youth often have needs beyond a single professional’s scope of work. By building the capacity of youth-serving organizations, we can improve the impact of professionals and enhance the services youth receive. Information sharing is vital to the success of public health programs and social service agencies, and CollectiveResourceHub.org aims to be the place where collaboration between community partners happens.

We’re so excited that the site has gone live, and to celebrate that, we’ll be holding a contest to show some love to those who will be adding to the growth of the site. The first ten people who submit a new resource that pertains to youth-serving professionals to the website will receive a prize for their efforts. What are you waiting for? Head over to the today and participate in our growing community.
